All conference attendees are welcome to join the conference guest artists, presenters, exhibitors and sponsors for a delectable meal at the Salt Creek Grills in Princeton.   

Thanks to the generous donation from Jacobs Music, the banquet fee has been reduced to $35 per person.

The menu includes:

Appetizers

Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp (horseradish-stuffed, bacon-wrapped, chipotle honey) 
Brie, Apple & Prosciutto Flatbread (brie, prosciutto di parma, fuji apples, arugula) 

Sourdough Loaf 

Garden Salad: baby greens, shaved vegetables, Roma tomatoes balsamic vinaigrette

 Entrees, please choose one when you register:

1. Pan-seared Salmon | crispy skin salmon, citrus brown butter vinaigrette 
2. Chicken Française | parmesan crusted breading with lemon butter 
3. Grilled Flank Steak | hand sliced, mesquite-grilled, chimichurri 
(For those who request a vegetarian dish, the restaurant will provide vegetarian pasta: Chef Inspired Pasta | Vegan & Vegetarian Friendly)

Beverages: soft drinks, iced tea, wine, hot coffee and tea
