The following Board decision effects immediately: ONLY TEACHERS CAN CONTACT THE CHAIRPERSONS OR THE NJMTA OFFICERS. Should the parent contact any of the NJMTA chairpersons or officers will disqualify his/her child/children from all the NJMTA sponsored competitions and auditions in the whole year.

Postmarked no later than Monday, Sep. 20 , 2010. A late fee of $35 is charged for entries postmarked between September 21 and September 24 . Absolutely no forms will be accepted postmarked after September 24. Entries postmarked after September 24, 2010 will be returned. Application forms will not be processed until the late fee is received. Application forms must be sent by regular mail. NO CERTIFIED MAIL, PLEASE! |

Teachers must be members of NJMTA in good standing and, except for new members, must have paid their dues by September 1st, 2010. All sponsoring teachers must assist at the auditions. |
